Meet your ARMO Select Committee chairman - Joanna Agosta Shere ?? Joanna Agosta Shere, is the President/CEO of Steele Rubber Products @steelerubber. Steele Rubber Products is a manufacturer of restoration products for classic cars, street rods, RVs and recreational boating. Joanna is a native of Denver, North Carolina and has worked for Steele since 2005. Joanna started first by working in the Marketing Department at Steele Rubber, she also served as Sales Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Vice President before becoming President in 2020 right at the beginning of COVID. She received a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus on Public Relations. She also received a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pfeiffer University of Charlotte, NC. Joanna serves as Chair of the ARMO Select Committee and is also serving on the Chamber of Catawba County’s Board of Director Executive Committee. Her hidden talent is she can whistle and will sing karaoke completely sober.
