Sullivan Auto Group in Roseville, California, set a benchmark for sustainability with one of the largest single installation of Climate Wizard-H15 Indirect Evaporative Cooling units. As part of a $5.7M energy retrofit project, they installed 51 Climate Wizard CW-H15 units, alongside 2,300 solar panels, 1,800 LED lights, and a cool roof. Seeley International Case Study: Porsche Centre Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur Porsche Centre Sungai Besi, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, is a state-of-the-art facility showcasing the latest Porsche models. However, the workshop faced thermal comfort challenges, with daytime temperatures regularly exceeding 90°F (32°C), making it uncomfortable for staff to work efficiently. Traditional air conditioning solutions were ruled out due to high costs and environmental concerns, which led to the exploration of alternative cooling options. Problem: - The workshop was under-ventilated, and radiant heat from nearby surroundings worsened the situation.
