Saratoga Springs City School District (SSCSD) began using SchoolTool’s legacy dashboards to support their SMARTIE (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound, Inclusive, and Equitable) goals for their Professional Learning Teams (PLTs). Their goal? To put data directly into teachers' hands—so they could see trends firsthand, spark meaningful discussions, and drive student success. As SSCSD used the dashboards, they saw opportunities for improvement and shared their insights with us. They needed: ?? Customizable dashboards tailored to different subjects and grade levels ?? Easier data sharing so teachers across buildings could collaborate without duplicating efforts ?? A more complete student view—connecting attendance, discipline, and academic data in one place ?? AI-powered natural language search to help teachers find the insights they need, no data expertise required Their feedback helped shape Mindex Advanced Analytics, now available to K-12 districts nationwide. Built in Amazon QuickSight and hosted in the #AWS Cloud, it gives educators a secure, flexible, and user-friendly way to turn data into action. SSCSD was one of 20+ districts in our pilot program, and now, we're bringing these insights to more schools.
