Neel Shah, a master's student in robotics and autonomous systems in the School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks, gave us a sneak peak into his Process Engineering Internship at Tesla's megapack factory! ???? In this role, Neel optimizes manufacturing processes, enhances production efficiency and drives automation for large-scale energy storage systems. He collaborates with cross-functional teams, applies lean manufacturing principles and contributes to Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. ?? After graduation, he aims to secure a full-time role in process or manufacturing engineering, specializing in industrial robotics, automation and data-driven optimization.
