SBA's Office of Capital Access's (OCA) mission is to increase capital available to start and grow small businesses that cannot access capital through conventional sources, and to provide disaster assistance in the form of home and business loans for disaster survivors. OCA is the home of SBA's flagship loan program, the 7(a) loan program, as well as the 504 and Microloan programs. OCA is also home to SBA's Office of Surety Guarantees.

Subject: CA SBLC requests for increases in 7(a) loan size or geographic lending territory SBA will be publishing an Information Notice regarding Community Advantage Small Business Lending Companies (CA SBLCs) announcing a process to enable CA SBLCs to make 7(a) loans of up to $500,000 and to apply to SBA for expansion of their 7(a) loan territory.
