Unity Environmental University is expanding its use of Salesforce to include Agentforce to build and deploy autonomous AI agents that will help the institution boost enrollment 5X in the next 5 years. Unity will now leverage Agentforce agents within the flow of work in Education Cloud to scale student recruitment, more effectively engage students during enrollment, and increase access to higher education. “With Agentforce and Education Cloud, we will completely reimagine the recruitment and enrollment processes at Unity Environmental University," said Dr. Melik Khoury, President & CEO, Unity Environmental University.
