If this offends you, then you probably need to hear it: If your new hires are not generating results within 30 days… Your Onboarding Training is broken. The top 2 most common issues? Either #1: there’s no onboarding training and new hires are told to just talk to the top reps. Or #2 the training consists of: ? Product training ? More product training ? Even more product training ? Sales training like the video ? Then more product training Instead, this is what the focus should be on: ? The ICP and personas ? Their problems + Use Cases ? Sales messaging that resonates ? Actual tactical sales training for the entire sales process In a nutshell, get them READY to talk to cold prospects and then give just enough product knowledge to make them dangerous.
