South Bend's Revolving Loan Fund is here for small businesses and those impacted by the recent COVID-19 crisis.

The City of South Bend supports our business community in many ways, and one is through the availability of Revolving Loan Funds for business startups, expansions and most recently - for those impacted by the COVID Crisis. The South Bend Revolving Loan Funds offer attractive terms and interest rates, but the process for getting a loan is not unlike that of getting a loan with any bank. You must have a solid business plan, collateral, and credit to be eligible so that we can assure the loan funds will be repaid and redeployed in the community again. Our team members will walk you through the loan process, and a board of community members ultimately assess the loan for potential approval.
