Appreciate RIU publishing articles highlighting urology APP practice. The workforce challenges facing urology are daunting to say the least. APPs are certainly part of the solution, however, it will take a collaborative effort by all providing urological care to develop workforce shortage solutions. I hope this article is an invitation for others to share their ideas through RIU, society meetings, or wherever meaningful discussions can occur that lead to effective and sustainable workforce solutions.
