It’s WoTech Wednesday for me! There’s still time to join us.
We are so excited for Roanoke - Blacksburg Technology Council's WoTech Signature Leadership Retreat in August, where our CEO, Kimberley Lewis Parsons, will be presenting "Less Talk, More Action: How to Amplify Inclusive Teaming". This will be a great opportunity to bring together the women in technology who are driving the tech-based economy. ?? If this is you, we would LOVE to see you there! For Terri, WoTech means having a group of women to help and support her! "I lead a Women's IT group on campus. I was in need of a last-minute speaker. I put the request out to WoTech and the group really stepped up to help me out with a wide range of topics. It amazes me the knowledge and talent this group has but really the willingness to help and support others is immeasurable." What has been your favorite WoTech moment?

What does WoTech mean to Wendi? "WoTech means that I have a village of women that I can call on at any time to celebrate or commiserate. I know that someone has my back, is cheering me on, supports me and gets a lot of my struggles. And it means that I have an opportunity to elevate and promote other women in tech." Tell us what WoTech means to you in the comments!
