Very pleased to announce that ProMed Pharma has acquired the biodegradable microparticle development and manufacturing services of SpineThera along with an option to license their proprietary microsphere intellectual property. This capability is highly complementary to our CDMO activities for molded and extruded long-acting dosage forms. I look forward to sharing more details with those that have an interest.
