I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Authority Magazine about the lessons I’ve learned over the past year and the values that have shaped my approach to driving meaningful change. We delved into the importance of transparent communication and the need for adaptive strategies, particularly during times of transformation and uncertainty. One of the most impactful insights I shared was my evolving definition of success.? ? For me, success goes beyond traditional KPIs and quotas; it’s about the engagement and energy of the teams I work with.
