God knows there are too many conferences and meetings to attend, but who can decide. This is the summit to attend to obtain the operational and management tools you need to be successful. There are many conferences that target how to win business with the federal government but how do you perform, optimize your infrastructure, obtain financing, grow your employees when the labor market is less than optimal, fund your next contract, and keep your sanity when there is so much to do? This is the CEO federal government contracting conference. The nuances of growing and managing a business can be all consuming. As an 8(a) graduate I learned the hard way – with no help and on my own. Wow, if I knew then, what I know now, I could have saved tremendous time, heartache, and money. We currently work with three 8(a) firms and have completed successful projects with numerous agencies, but we need more—more partners, more subcontracts, and more opportunities.
