We’ve set goals of making 100% of plastics packaging recyclable or recoverable by 2030 and ensuring 100% of plastic packaging is reused, recycled or recovered by 2040. We are promoting, advocating and building towards a more sustainable future for our planet while also innovating new technologies and infrastructure to reduce waste.

The city of Flint, Michigan, had a very green October. Through a $1 million grant from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy and a $3.3 million grant from The Recycling Partnership, all 34,000 households in the city will receive large recycling carts. PureCycle Technologies recently announced it has expanded recycling operations at its Ironton, Ohio facility. ???? The facility has reached a feedstock introduction rate of over 10,000 pounds/hour. It has also processed more than 200,000 pounds of feedstock in a day. Given its progress, PureCycle is working to achieve its goal of 1 million pounds of production/week.
