The Partnership for the Bay’s Future family of loan funds is comprised of two funding initiatives: the Bays Future Fund (BFF) and the Community Housing Fund (CHF) supporting the production and preservation of affordable homes. The Partnership was created to increase the number of affordable housing units in the five-county region of the Bay Area and to advance a long-term regional policy agenda to foster the development of equitable communities of racial and economic diversity.
