Emily M. is part of SOECS’s Computer Science program & is working as a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern for the City of Stockton, CA IT department.?? “In my role, I investigate & address emails reported as phishing to ensure they are properly mitigated. I monitor network traffic & alerts to quickly identify & respond to security incidents, using endpoint protection tools to maintain network security. Additionally, I develop & deliver cybersecurity training for employees & prepare detailed technical reports on security incidents.”
