Personalized video visits with certified lactation consultants ? We are excited to share that Paul Moots, MD has been named chief medical officer for OSF OnCall Digital Health, starting February 16. In this role, Dr. Moots will lead the practice of digital medicine at OSF HealthCare ensuring consistent practice standards and fostering a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to delivering digital care. Since joining OSF HealthCare in 2016, Dr. Moots has made significant contributions, including serving as medical director of the virtual hospitalist program and leading the launch of the OSF OnCall Digital Hospital, one of the first hospital-at-home programs in Illinois and currently the largest in the state. Responding quickly to rising RSV cases in 2022, she led the launch of our remote patient monitoring program through OSF OnCall Connect, allowing families to confidently care for their children at home with 24/7 digital support. By expanding the program to cover all pediatric respiratory viruses, Kara has enhanced patient outcomes and maximized capacity for critical cases.
