ABM + MOPs = ???? ?? Yes, strategy for ABM is important. But if your MOPs business partner is not a part of the conversation from the beginning, your ABM strategy will fail. ?? Your data will not be set up properly across all systems to make it actionable - we're talking intent, engagement, ICP qualifiers, and other account-level signals. ?? Your systems/martech will not be able to action on the strategy set forth - account and contact level activations, MQL and MQA categorization, Buyers journey designations ?? You won't be able to communicate with and enable your Sales partners in alignment with marketing's activities ?? Your reporting won't match your strategy, thus making it impossible to make good business decisions, report on your goal attainment and more And the list *could* go on! But suffice it to say, if MOPs isn't at the table from the very beginning, your ABM strategy will take longer to roll out and not achieve the results you're looking for. With the holiday this week, I neglected to tell you about the latest episode of Ops Cast. The #episode dropped earlier this week and our guest was Vivian McCormick. Vivian is a recovering attorney (ok, I made that up) turned #entrepreneur. Naomi Liu, Mike Rizzo, and I talked with Vivian about her journey from practicing law, to advising #startups, to founding a startup.
