When asked what motivates him to lead, Guthrie said that he is motivated daily by his team's hard work on their programs. Each quarter, an award is presented to employees who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and excellence in their duties. His team produces high end quality assets that ensures the B-52 aircraft is receiving a safe airworthy product. When asked what motivates him to lead, Cuadra said the team’s bond, relationships, their achievements, and agency success. He values his role, remains positive, and strives for improvement. This #FirstLineFriday, we recognize Corey Ellis from the 76th Aircraft Maintenance Group. His team produces leak-free E-3 aircraft, safely returning them to the warfighter on time. They continually improve their processes, including the E-3 Initial Fuel Process, E-3 Sheet Metal Major Structural Repair Sealing Processes, and Fuel Reclamation Process. Martin also helped develop new Fuel Entry Stands. These improvements reduce costs and flow days. When asked what motivates him to lead, Ellis said he loves to develop and mentor the future work force and future leaders of the world’s greatest Air Force. #OklahomaCityAirLogisticsComplex | #OCALC
