Each quarter, an award is presented to employees who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and excellence in their duties. This #FirstLineFriday, we recognize Corey Ellis from the 76th Aircraft Maintenance Group. His team produces leak-free E-3 aircraft, safely returning them to the warfighter on time. They continually improve their processes, including the E-3 Initial Fuel Process, E-3 Sheet Metal Major Structural Repair Sealing Processes, and Fuel Reclamation Process. Martin also helped develop new Fuel Entry Stands. These improvements reduce costs and flow days.
