Feeling so empowered as we wrap up National Women In Roofing Days 2025 ???? One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was witnessing the multitude of rockstar women that are unapologetically owning their power and driving change in the industry. The energy these ladies brought to San Antonio was infectious, and I’m so excited to bring even more fuel back to our NWIR Southern New England Council to continue growing together!
