Most nonprofits we work with face the same problem- too many tasks, not enough time, and limited budgets. Every time we share tools that could save hours of work and cut costs, the reaction is the same: "Why did no one tell us this before?" So, we’re doing just that. We’re hosting a session on low/no-cost tech tools that can help nonprofits work faster, smarter, and for less, on the 27th of March at 3 PM! We’ll cover: >> How to automate repetitive tasks and free up time >> Where and how to access tools at a fraction of the cost >> How to streamline operations and make collaboration easier And here’s the thing- we want this to be tailored for YOU. So tell us what’s one operational challenge that’s a constant headache for your team? Drop it in when you sign up, and we’ll try to cover it in the session. Sign up using the link in the comments.

Your mission deserves to be seen. But is your social media making that happen? A strong social media strategy can help your NGO cut through the noise, engage the right audience, and turn passive scrollers into active supporters. Swipe through to find out how! For instance, we recently helped Centre for Community Initiative- an impact org dedicated to creating an inclusive society for persons with disabilities and marginalized communities, amplify their impact online. Our skilled volunteers, Charu Agarwal and Srihitha S Rao, conducted a detailed social media audit, identified key gaps, and built a tailored strategy to improve their reach and engagement. If your nonprofit needs help with telling their story more effectively, reach out to us through the link in the comments. Our community of skilled volunteers is ready to help you get started!

What happens when women lead? Well, for starters, they don’t just fill gaps- they build systems. They create access to education where it’s missing. They turn laughter into medicine. They make mental health care available to those who need it most. They ensure that marginalized voices are heard. They pave the way for careers that didn’t seem possible before. This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating some of the women-led impact orgs in our network that are doing just that: >> At Lead by Design, Dr Sowmya L. is working to ensure every child, no matter their background, has access to quality education- aiming to reach 1 million children by 2030. >> Clownselors Foundation, started by Sheetal Agarwal, is proving that healing isn’t just about medicine. Through medical clowning, they bring joy and relief to hospital corridors and care homes. >> Vandana Asha and her team at Rang Kaarwaan are using theatre and art as a tool for self-exploration and social change- helping marginalized communities voice their stories. >> Giantwheel Buddies Foundation, started by Neha Chowdary and Sravani Minupuri, is paving the way for self-reliance among the specially abled- helping them build careers and financial independence. ……And these are just a few of them. Across sectors and across communities, women are leading impact- big and small. If you know a women-led initiative making a difference- tag them in the comments, and let’s celebrate their work! And if you’re looking to work directly with social entrepreneurs like these, we’d love to connect. The link is in the comments. #IWD2025 #InternationalWomensDay

For a nonprofit, a strong brand identity means making its mission clear and compelling. More than just a logo, it’s the way they tell their story, build trust, and connect with the right people- the right way. And that’s exactly what our pro bono consultant Priyanshi Singhal helped Lead by Design work towards. Swipe to see how that went! She helped them reshape their entire branding- designing a logo that truly tells their mission and creating clear guidelines to ensure consistency. If you’re a skilled professional looking to create your own impact story, or a nonprofit wanting to build your capacity, reach out to us through the link in the comments! #WeDoGood #SkilledVolunteering Dr Sowmya L.

How long do you think it takes to set up a volunteer program from scratch? For most nonprofits we have talked to, the answer is at least a few months. Finding the right volunteers, onboarding them, and keeping them engaged- it’s a lot to plan and manage. And without a clear plan, they might eventually drop off, leaving you back at square one. So, we have been working with impact orgs just like you to help them build structured volunteering programs in just about 5 weeks. From defining volunteer roles and creating structured onboarding to mapping engagement and retention strategies, we help you build a system that actually works. So if this is something you’ve been figuring out, and could do with support in. Let’s chat! Link in the comments.

Your non-profit is most probably losing time to manual work. Right? Between fundraising, outreach, impact tracking, and program management, there’s always too much to do and never enough hands to do it. But you can easily cut down on all the busywork. And you don’t even need expensive software or teams to do that- just the right tools. We recently shared a Tech for Nonprofits Toolkit with our community: practical, easy-to-use tools that can help orgs like you automate their processes, reduce busywork, and stay organized. Here’s what’s inside: >> 10 no-code tools that simplify data tracking, comms, and project management >> Automation ideas to cut down repetitive work >> Workflow hacks to save hours every week No complicated jargon or setups. Just simple, effective tools to help you do more with less. You can access these and more by simply checking out the link in the comments and signing up.

Running an NGO comes with enough challenges- spending hours cleaning up data shouldn’t be one of them. But for most nonprofits, that’s exactly what happens. Messy spreadsheets, scattered info, and a constant struggle to track the right numbers. Does that sound familiar? We’re currently working with 10+ impact orgs just like you to help them sort this out- from making sure your data is structured right to mapping it in a way that’s actually useful, to setting up automations. We can help you build a system that works for you- potentially saving you 1000+ hours. That’s time that could go into fundraising, running programs, or just making space for the things that actually need your attention. If this sounds like something you could do with a little support in, simply book a chat with using the link in the comments! #Impact #TechForImpact #Data #NGO #NonProfit

We recently held a session on something we hear most of our nonprofit partners struggle with - crafting a winning CSR pitch. To make it as practical as possible, we brought in experts from both sides of the table: CSR decision-makers and nonprofit leaders. In this session, we covered: >> The key elements that CSR teams are really looking for in proposals. >> What nonprofit leaders have learned from their own pitching experiences- what works and what doesn’t. >> A simple actionable framework to help you craft a pitch deck that actually resonates. We had 150+ nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs join us for the session, and the conversation was productive, to say the least. But that’s not all, we’ll soon be diving into 'Donor Retention' in our next session. Securing a CSR partner is just the beginning, but how do you keep them engaged long-term? We’ll answer that and more! If you want to be part of it and stay in the loop- simply sign up using the link below, and we'll keep you in the know for updates and access to future events and resources! #WeDoGood #Impact #CSR #Donors #Funds #NonProfits #NGOs Chinmay R. We just wrapped up a session on what makes or breaks a CSR pitch- one of the biggest challenges we hear from our non-profit partners. Kishore Kumar Thangavelu (Microsoft India) shared exactly what CSR teams like his look for in proposals, Ajit Sivaram (U&I) broke down what’s worked (and what hasn’t) while pitching- from a nonprofit’s perspective, and Chinmay R. (WeDoGood Volunteer & Consultant) walked everyone through a solid framework for crafting an engaging pitch-deck. 150+ nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs like you joined us, and the conversation was productive to say the least- tons of questions, insights, and first hand experiences & tips shared. We’re excited to see how all the participants translate the takeaways from today and craft winning pitches for themselves!
