Let's talk?boundaries! Did you know the Exclusive Economic Zone (#EEZ) is more than just a line on the map? This important boundary extends 200 nautical miles from the U.S. baseline, marking the region where the U.S. and other coastal nations hold jurisdiction over natural resources. It lies just beyond the 12 nautical mile territorial sea and overlaps the 12-24 nautical mile contiguous zone. Understanding these boundaries helps us better manage and protect marine resources. Dive deeper into #maritimelimits and #boundaries to explore how they shape our oceans and coastal management. Learn more here:?https://lnkd.in/et2h2bMm
