CHAMPS is a program initiated by NEMSPA (National EMS Pilots Association) with the goal to contribute to a reduction of accidents in the Air Ambulance industry. The Cultural Health Assessment and Mitigation Program for Safety was created in collaboration with the FAA and multiple associations across the industry.
