I would like to extend my sincere thanks to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University for hosting the PepsiCo R&D team during their Agriculture Awareness Day and Career Fair on 01-Nov-2024 at the University Farm Pavilion, 3136 McConnell Rd Greensboro, NC 27405. It was an honor to participate in the Lunch and Learn Symposium, where I had the opportunity to present on Applications of Digital Tools and Artificial Intelligence in the Food Industry. I was thrilled to engage with over 100 attendees, including students, faculty, and industry professionals. The diversity and enthusiasm in the room made for an enriching experience. A special thank you to my manager, Jing S., for empowering me to present and expand my professional network. Your support is invaluable. I also appreciate Derrick Brian Amoako, PhD, PMP for connecting me with the R&D recruiting team for this event, and many thanks to Mara Calderon, Morgan Smith, and Acacia Hines for organizing everything and ensuring it was a memorable experience. I’m sharing a few photos from the event below. While I know there were many more great moments captured, I look forward to seeing those soon! Wishing all the best to the students actively seeking opportunities. Thank you all once again!
