As the public works officer of PWD Quantico, Cmdr. Warren led his team to achieve 185 percent execution of maintenance projects, securing an additional $50 million for critical infrastructure improvements. ? "We literally keep the lights on, the water running and the streets clear,” said Cmdr. Warren, whose leadership supports the 39 Commandant’s priorities through $100 million in quality-of-life upgrades for the Marines. ?
