As a senior project manager, Chad has overseen over $530M in projects, including the $419M Army Family Housing Recapitalization in Vicenza, Italy—an effort vital to enhancing Army readiness and improving quality of life for service members and their families. His work on the European Deterrence Initiative has further reinforced mission capabilities across Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base. Beyond the numbers, Chad’s commitment to mentoring new engineers and fostering collaboration ensures NAVFAC’s mission continues to thrive.
