NASPA Advisory Services is looking for nominations of individuals to help with a comprehensive review of the Campus Public Safety module, one of the nine modules on the 32 NCSI self-assessment. 32 NCSI (National Campus Safety Initiative)—is a landmark program offered through a partnership between NASPA and VTVCare. The reviewers are ideally professionals who have directly overseen police (sworn) and security (unsworn) personnel at institutions of higher education and overseen or developed crime prevention programs and timely warning policies If you or anyone you know would be a great addition to the review team, please submit a nomination via the form below. The purpose of NASPA Advisory Services is to: · Provide higher education institutions—particularly institutional executives, including vice presidents, deans, and assistant vice presidents—with mission-sensitive guidance on strengthening essential practices and critical elements for divisions of student affairs; · Offer an external examination of a division of student affairs as a whole, providing expert perspective, meaningful insight, and valuable recommendations with an emphasis on foundational elements of review; · Strengthen the functionality, productivity, and effectiveness of a student affairs division within its respective college or university mission and culture. NASPA Advisory Services is designed to be applicable to divisions of student affairs and services regardless of institutional mission, size, function, organization, and budget. Our services are not a form of accreditation, ranking, rating, or scoring but, instead, include thorough self-assessments and external expertise to assist divisions of student affairs and services for the previously stated purposes.
