Over 1,200 high school students registered to attend Alabama DECA’s State Career Development Conference happening in Montgomery today and tomorrow. DECA is empowering both teachers and students by integrating educational and leadership development activities with classroom programs—teaching the essential skills for a successful career in business. Today’s events were filled with spirited competition across various fields, and our very own Talent Director, Kenny Ward, had the privilege of meeting many bright students while judging the Human Resources portion of the contest.
