As the Commercial Accounts Coordinator, you will be crucial in customer inquiries and complete the repossession redemption process. Location: At one of the VLCs in Canada You will work on-site in a hybrid capacity, three days in the office. VLC Locations: Saint-Eustache, QC, Ottawa, ON, Edmonton, AB, Brampton, ON, Vancouver, BC, Calgary, AB, Saskatoon, SK, St. Johns, NL, Quebec City, QC, Moncton, NB, Halifax, NB. You Are: Detail Oriented. Ensure sales vehicles meet account specifications. Customer-Focused. Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve customer issues in a friendly manner . Adaptable. Demonstrate flexibility in handling changing work environments . Proactive. Identify and address areas of concern, involving leadership as necessary . Collaborative.
