We are humbled by the generous $50 million dollar gift made to our hospital by the Rancho Mission Viejo family. With it being the largest gift in our hospital’s history, this enables us to shape the future of healthcare for generations to come with a new patient tower that will be named the Rancho Mission Viejo Family Tower. The gift also is a truly full circle moment for Rancho Mission Viejo, which, in 1969 donated the land where Providence Mission Hospital stands today. Robert Goldberg, MD, a pulmonologist at Providence Mission Hospital, spoke with KABC about the recent procedures the Pope has undergone as he battles pneumonia.
