This September 13th, Building Skills Partnership in collaboration with SEIU United Service Workers West will host the annual Mike Garcia Scholarship Gala, a fundraiser to support the college dreams of first-generation students and children of property service workers. Since 2008, the Mike Garcia Scholarship has removed financial barriers for hundreds of students by awarding over $100,000 in scholarships.
