Reviewers are tasked with reviewing and scoring proposals based on the provided criteria for our Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) change approach, Community Health Improvement Planning (CHIP) process, and Healthy Aging funding categories. We love the Health EquiTREE! It's been so helpful for applicants and grantees alike. Grantees have used it to help describe their work, consider ways to move deeper into addressing the roots, and more.
This month, we're looking back at our favorite content from 2023. Today, we're revisiting the HRiA Health EquiTREE. And it's been given a bit of an upgrade--you're in for a TREEt! And several tree puns. ?? Many of our societal systems are SOILed with racism and damaging cultural norms. To upROOT these systems, we must first unpack the TRUNKs of our mental models.
