The need for dielectric protection extends across multiple components within an electric vehicle battery system, including the fluids used for thermal management. These fluids help to improve safety and can be engineered to also improve performance in cooling systems, including immersion and cold plate. European Business Summits #EBS2024 this week had lots of insights from industry leaders, including Lubrizol VP Europe Sander van Donk. ? Sander was part of a panel on the sustainability of the chemical industry with European Chemicals Agency, European Commission and The Chemours Company, moderated by Financial Times.
