I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to attend the American Bar Association Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) Fall Conference in Seattle, Washington! It was an incredible conference with insightful panels and making meaningful connections. Thank you to Michelle Diffenderfer for guiding me along this journey! I also want to thank Telsula Morgan and Robert Diffenderfer for their guidance! Thank you Jonathan Nwagbaraocha for leading my first ever ABA SEER Council meeting and allowing me to speak on behalf of the Environmental Law Society Network (ELSN)! Finally, I want to thank my Co-Chair Matthew Sanders. He has been an amazing person to work with and has helped me grow as both a person and future attorney. It is exciting to continue to bring law students to these conferences and allow them to experience all of the wonderful people of ABA SEER.

Yesterday, a group of us from the Tallahassee Area Association of Environmental Professionals got to tour the City of Tallahassee TP Smith water reclamation facility, including the water quality laboratory. It all really is state of the art, and the City’s dedication to exceptional stewardship in the treatment of wastewater is evident in the quality of the people we met. Thanks to Walter for being a great guide! David Roberts and Alissa Meyers, you should be proud of this facility and the people who work there!

PFAS Litigation Update: The federal judge preliminarily approved TYCO's Settlement Agreement in the AFFF Product Liability Litigation (MDL 2873).
