Meet Nina Psoncak, Senior Community Investment Officer at LISC NY! Nina’s decision to join LISC NY was deeply personal. As a child, she emigrated to the U.S. where her family found a home in a rental apartment through the State’s Mitchell-Lama Program. Drawn to LISC NY's mission to improve the quality of life in underserved communities, Nina was inspired by the organization's role in advancing affordable housing throughout New York. In her role, Nina connects with potential borrowers to discuss loans and programs, originates and underwrites various loans for affordable housing real estate projects, and collaborates with LISC Asset Management to monitor existing loans. Looking ahead, she hopes to see LISC NY continue expanding across the state, empowering local groups in their efforts to revitalize their communities. To learn more, visit https://lnkd.in/g6BND5Yz
