  • ?? Did you know that 7 in 10 people die globally from chronic health conditions? I want to share some fascinating insights from the research of Johannes R. Fisslinger, who has been exploring the mind-body connection and self-healing since the mid-1980s. Johannes' journey began with personal health challenges, including severe conjunctivitis at 18, major digestive issues, and debilitating lower back pain. These experiences led him to investigate the profound connection between our mind and body. His research identifies six root causes of health issues: Organ, Stress, Emotion, Belief, Social, and Lifestyle. Understanding these can help us address chronic conditions more effectively. For instance, stress and emotions can trigger physical symptoms, while our beliefs and lifestyle choices play a crucial role in our overall well-being. At Lifestyle Prescriptions?, Johannes delves into Organ-Mind-Brain Anatomy? to understand how specific stressors, emotions, and thoughts impact our organ tissues. This approach helps identify the root causes of symptoms and work towards auto-regulation and healing. By recognizing and addressing these root causes, we can better manage our health and achieve a balanced, fulfilling life.

?? Reversing diabetes is possible? Reasearch says that plant-based diet can significantly improve health outcomes, including reversing diabetes and reducing hot flashes. The conventional diet approach typically recommended at clinics involves reducing calories and refined carbohydrates, and avoiding bad oils and fats. In contrast, the plant-based approach eliminates all animal products, minimizes bad fats, and focuses on low glycemic index foods. Glycemic index examples: ?? High glycemic foods: White bread (100), Baked potatoes (85), Bagel (103) ?? Low glycemic foods: Grapefruit (25), Chickpeas (33), Lentils (41) ? Our study showed that a vegan diet led to significant weight loss and normalized blood sugar levels without medication. One patient lost 60 pounds and stopped diabetes medications, with his A1c dropping to normal levels. In a study of post-menopausal women, those on a plant-based diet with soybeans experienced an 84% drop in moderate to severe hot flashes. Research indicates that plant-based diets can reduce the risk of developing cancer. In fact, nearly a quarter of new cancer cases could be prevented with better nutrition, including a diet high in plant-based foods and low in processed foods1. The thyroid, a small but powerful organ at the base of your neck, oversees your body's use of energy. It produces hormones essential for the functioning of the whole body. A plant-based diet can support thyroid health by providing necessary nutrients like iodine, found in sea vegetables such as nori and wakame2. Studies have shown that vegans and vegetarians have healthier thyroid functions compared to omnivores2. Why It Works? A low-fat, vegan diet helps break down intramyocellular lipids, improving insulin sensitivity and allowing glucose to enter cells. Plant-based diets with soy products can reduce hot flashes and other hormonal issues, potentially lowering the risk of breast cancer. That means witching to a plant-based diet can lead to profound health improvements, from reversing diabetes to reducing hot flashes and lowering cancer risk!

Way to maintain healthy diet? Discover the power of healthy eating with our new ebook! ?? "We have seen in our family that when you eat the modern, industrialized diet, you get the modern industrialized diseases." Well, that's true. Making changes to your diet can lead to remarkable health improvements. The Food Revolution Network, founded by Ocean Robbins and his father John Robbins, emphasizes the profound impact of dietary choices on global health. Their work highlights the detrimental effects of industrialized food production, including GMOs and processed foods, which contribute to rising health issues worldwide. The network advocates for a shift towards sustainable, ethical, and healthy food practices to combat environmental degradation and promote long-term well-being.
