How often do you find yourself fully present with friends and colleagues, in a day of professional development, or at a board meeting or team retreat? As you approach a season filled with opportunities to spend time with others and to focus your energy solely on the task at hand, the conversation you are in the midst of, or the moment to reflect, there is an opportunity to commit to creating better experiences. We have lots of ways to engage your mind more deeply in our latest newsletter, whether it's the upcoming Diversity Leadership Symposium, the release of our Gen Z White Paper, led by our Workforce Innovation Center at The Cincinnati Regional Chamber and in partnership with our Center for Research & Data at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, or our open call for participants in Hello Cincy: Executive. #CincinnatiRegionalChamber #Mindfulness #WorkplaceCulture #DigitalWellbeing #LeadershipLessons

In a few weeks the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce will present the Fifth Third Diversity Leadership Symposium at music hall. This year's Fifth Third Bank Diversity Leadership Symposium theme is "Growing Together: Cultural Vibrancy & Belonging" and we couldn't be more excited about how the program is shaping up. The Symposium is the Cincinnati region's largest annual business gathering focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. And it's not to be missed. This year's keynote speaker, Emmy-Award winning sportscaster MJ Acosta-Ruiz, is the host of NFL Total Access, NFL Network's signature show. MJ became the solo host of NFL Total Access in September of 2020, and in doing so became the first Afro-Latina to host a show on NFL Network. Acosta-Ruiz joined NFL Network in September of 2018 as a Bay Area-based reporter covering the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders. Acosta-Ruiz joined NFL Network from NBC 7 and Telemundo 20 in San Diego where she covered the Chargers for three seasons as the lead sports anchor. Prior to joining NBC 7 and Telemundo, Acosta-Ruiz spent three years as a reporter for WPLG in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, covering sports, entertainment and breaking news. Thank you to our Title Investor, Fifth Third Bank, Presenting Investor, Procter & Gamble, our Excellence Investors Cincinnati Children's, Duke Energy Corporation, GE Aerospace, and Medical Mutual and our Media Partner Cincinnati Business Courier. Their contributions and commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are vital to the success of this event. Earlier this week, 14 inspiring individuals came together for our inaugural Leadership Sprint in Louisville! We dove into the 6 Cs of High-Performance Teams, expertly facilitated by the fantastic Cara Boardman from the Leadership Louisville Center. The session was packed with brainstorming, reflection, and plenty of shared insights. The intimate size of our group allowed us to connect deeply, tackling real-time challenges and celebrating successes together. Along the way, we laughed, shared advice, and forged new relationships. It’s incredible what can happen when dedicated leaders come together to learn and grow. Looking forward to seeing how these connections and takeaways flourish in the weeks and months to come! #Leadership #ProfessionalGrowth #HighPerformanceTeams #LeadershipSprint
