We are thrilled to introduce you to the Lana Banana Animal Rescuer Series, our premiere K-1st Grade Common Core & CASEL (SEL) character education lessons on caring, compassion, empathy, sympathy, gratitude, and kindness. Lana Banana Animal Rescuer is an engaging three-part chapter book series that follows the adventures of Lana Banana at The Zoo, The Pet Store, and The Circus. Lana is passionate about helping animals in need. Through her impromptu rescue efforts, she learns and exhibits important life skills and key SEL components related to caring and kindness. This series is an ideal resource for teachers looking to introduce these important social and emotional skills to their students in a fun and engaging way with reading comprehension, vocabulary, activities, and extended lessons with relatable characters and themes.
