This Austin, TX project is a split site with a creek between the two work areas, requiring a flexible, adaptive approach to keep productivity high. Our team developed a strategy to work with the schedule, delivering foundations right on time. With the buildings up, we're working on site work and sidewalks, bringing the vision for this 10-building, 300-unit project closer to completion.

Kicking things off at Scenic Brook. Kent and Greystar collaborated closely in the pre-planning stages, discussing the schedule, potential obstacles, and sequencing to ensure a solid plan for timely delivery. In total, our scope includes 63,000+ SF of multifamily wrap slab with split levels, 6 rebar slabs for the amenity foundations, 8,800 SF of walls, and over 127,700 SF of multifamily paving.
