The Kanban System Showcase Page is a MICOMA Enterprises location dedicated to showcasing Process Tools and discussing innovative support tools to enhance education industry processes. Our business is about improving customer’s desktop process efficiencies, anticipating their desktop needs, and illustrating ways to transform their technology into a visible “waste reduction machine” that immediately impacts organization capabilites. KANBAN is a manufacturing support tool for lean and just-in-time manufacturing. By utilizing visual cues to prompt actions, manufacturing can remain efficient and keep processes moving. The ultimate goal of Kanban is to limit the buildup of excess inventory at any point along the production line. MISSION MICOMA Enterprises is focused on changing the way business thinking is done by creating a cooperative between enhanced business knowledge of the 20th century (Lean Six Sigma philosophies) and available technology mechanics (hardware & software).
