?? Exciting Innovations Presented at Launchbox: JG Summit Edition! ?? ? The 6th season of the Gokongwei Group’s experiential corporate innovation program has ended! ? Over the past few months, teams developed prototypes to tackle business challenges and received real-world customer validation. These prototypes have shown early potential to significantly impact our organization. ? Four teams from the JG Summit Corporate Center Units (CCU) tackled real business challenges with data-driven, customer-centric solutions that are now poised for implementation: ? ?? Team Hopia (Office of the Chief Finance & Risk Officer) introduced an integrated planning process that streamlined budget planning, significantly reducing the time required. ? ?? Team Double A (Corporate Internal Audit) piloted a continuous integrated assurance framework featuring real-time insights and an automated auditing process, substantially reducing open issues. ? ?? Team Kaizen (Corporate HR) piloted MyFlexBen, offering employees choice and flexibility in selecting benefits. This resulted in a notable increase in satisfaction among pilot users. ? ?? Team Guardians (Corporate IT) introduced passwordless authentication methods, such as biometrics for Windows laptop users, potentially eliminating significant productivity disruption. Pilot tests showed a high adoption rate. ? These teams didn’t just solve problems—they helped shape a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation! ?? ? As our learners say, the end of Launchbox is just the start.
