Meet Isela Barrios, one of our Account Service Representatives based in Burbank, CA. Isela plays a crucial role in managing over 450 accounts within the Media and Archive Services division. Her day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Business Support team on billing and accounting matters and engaging with clients from major film and music companies to ensure the integrity of their assets and maintain accurate inventory. Isela joined Media and Archive Services in June 2023, and in just over a year, she has gained significant insights into the film industry. One of her favorite aspects of the job is working alongside her colleagues, Darlene and Celena. Together, they foster a positive and organized work environment that inspires each other to excel. Isela has a background in music: she played the flute for more than a decade in various ensembles before retiring in 2020 and now enjoys attending live music shows across genres. Outside work, Isela has recently taken up bird watching and has spent her weekends hiking through the Angeles National Forest, where she has successfully identified 25 bird species so far! #meettheteammonday #insidethemountain

We delivered the opening remarks as part of our "Spotlight Screening" partnership with the USC SCA. Denis Leconte, Vice President of Technology, explained Iron Mountain Media and Archive Services' expertise and services. It was a fantastic opportunity to hear from Jim Henson’s family about how Jim saved everything and Ron’s efforts in collecting and researching archival material to create the film.
