Rights are itemized by geographical locations with a 1st seat-served option. Non-Exclusive rights legally retain its license until the term ends even if an Exclusive right is licensed after them. Intellectual Property (IP) Social Responsibility means ImpervaWear® Co., LLC business structure has a valid purpose driven goal to facilitate circular economic empowerment via licensing-sales of our global proprietary products. The licensee town’s Public Education will receive a restricted contribution towards its Elementary School Public Education books, utilities or transportation.
