We learned so much about how investments work simply by reading the Private Placement Memorandum aloud. While reading the PPM we realized that we are not going to be able to film until we receive the minimum investment for FABIOLA. This minimum investment amount is the smallest amount that we need to make the film. If we want to make the movie with the same quality that we produced the prison scene, we will need at lease $1M to make the film. The deadline that we need to raise this amount is December 2025. We had thought that we would be able to film scenes as we went along until we raised the minimum but that is not the case. The reason is:?If we do not raise the minimum investment by the deadline, all the investments are returned to the investors. There are ways that we can film a few scenes this spring and that is why crowdfunding plays such an important part in producing independent Catholic movies. I've stumbled across a few sentences to include in a ASK at a fundraiser that has yielded abundant fruit!!! The Holy Spirit has Blessed us abundantly. 1. So far we have had 2 people of 538 attendees at our FAMILY RENEWAL PROJECT INC banquet that have reached out to us, setting up appointments for my wife and I to meet 2 different potential Impact donors. The appointments are coming up in the next 10 days. 2. A local business owner has offered us rent free Class A office space 3. Three people have offered volunteer marketing and admin assistance. These are from my notes, excuse my grammar, I didn't attend college and am on Medicare. These are 5 ways you can help us. 1.?????Cash, there’s no limit, give as much as you want. ? 2.?????Introduce us to someone you know, one person or couple, who is willing to have a conversation about FRP. We are one appointment away from a donor who says I’m in, let’s build this thing. Back in May, I told Michael Snellen about an idea I had. I wanted to make a film distribution company for independent filmmakers, geared towards distributing projects that were specifically faith-based. Our patron is St. Philip Neri, the patron of joy and laughter. In a world where suicide, depression, and various forms of mental illness are at an all-time high, I want society to return to the overarching truth: God is real. If God is real, then He is our Creator. If He is our Creator, then we must have been made for a purpose. You were not made for misery, but for joy. NERI is also an acronym: Non Ego Requiescat Ignis. "I shall not let the fire rest." Pawe? Paukszte??o designed the logo with this acronym in mind, but he additionally created it as a nod to St. Philip's miraculous heart, aflame with the Holy Spirit's undying love. Our films are meant to tell new stories and inspire others to create without fear. Let us inspire other hearts with the joy of life and the love of humanity. Let's dream together. Today is the feast day of Bl. Carlo Acutis, the patron of our apostolate, Isidore Acutis Mary, or I AM Catholic. I got to see him face to face last summer. He was taller than I imagined, but his aurea of purity and sanctity was just as I imagined. While in that church, looking up at the crucifix where St. Francis heard the words of Jesus: “Rebuild my Church”, I realized the dedication set before me to build up the apostolate I find myself leading. To end this day of celebration, I just finished renewing my consecration to Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist! I AM Catholic is also a proponent of the Confraternity of Carlo Acutis, the first of its kind society for digital missionaries. We strive to imitate Bl. Carlo, who is the ultimate digital disciple. Bl. Carlo Acutis, soon to be Saint, pray for us! Our confraternity’s daily prayer: “Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist, remaining with us until the end of the age, inspire our hearts to spread your love where it is needed most of all. Amen.”
