Contact your elected officials and advocate for our industry! Plus it counts towards a professional contribution for your CEM or renewal ??
CALL TO ACTION: IAEM, NEMA, and BCEM sent a letter to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees outlining the shared priorities of all three organizations: 1) preparedness grants -- with particular emphasis on EMPG; 2) training and education programs; 3) the Emergency Management Assistance Compact; 4) assessment and accreditation programs, and; 5) the National Weather Service. Help us spread the message by contacting your elected officials and asking them to support the programs outlined in the letter to the Appropriations Committee.
