These dedicated professionals volunteer their time to support young talent in aviation, focusing on Networking, Mentorship, Paying it Forward, Future Leaders, and Industry Growth. ? First up, we’re thrilled to feature our outgoing Chair, Jessica Belcher, Marketing Manager at Exclusive Aircraft Sales! ? Jessica’s aviation journey began by chance, but her impact has been anything but accidental. From her start at a local FBO to becoming a trusted leader in business aviation, she’s shown what it means to stand out—a reminder of ??Dustin Cordier's “FuelStop” advice: “Be yourself, and make your mark!” ? ?? Here’s what Jessica says about being part of International Aircraft Dealers Association: “Being part of IADA means being part of something bigger than myself. Larger than even my company; IADA brings us a collective, a team of fellow brokers, a group of trusted aviation professionals. As we navigate the sales world, looking for inventory or a buyer, we have the broker/dealer network for insight and guidance. Just like we know we can go to them, they can come to us at a moment’s notice, and have confidence in each other to offer solid advice. With the NextGen community, we know that we have each other’s backs as well, supporting one another as we establish and grow our careers.” ? Jessica has left an incredible legacy on the committee, and while we’ll miss her leadership, we’re so proud of all she’s accomplished and excited for her future in aviation! ? ??
