i-TAG Goes Global: Strengthening Collaborations in Thailand! ?? The i-TAG project continues its mission to enhance statistical literacy in tourism on an international scale! Recently, Prof. Stefano De Cantis and Prof. Enzo Scannella from the University of Palermo traveled to Thailand to present UNIPA’s educational programs and establish new scientific and academic collaborations. As part of this visit, the first results of the i-TAG project were shared with representatives from Rangsit University (RSU) and Prince of Songkla University (PSU). The discussions focused on the importance of quantitative analysis skills in tourism and the need to bridge the gap in data-driven decision-making for professionals in the industry. We are excited about the growing interest in i-TAG from Thai universities and stakeholders, and we look forward to expanding our network for a more data-driven and sustainable future in tourism!
