Hire MI Vet consists of seven partners, fifteen committee members, and over forty volunteers. Hire MI Vet was thrilled to welcome over 80 veterans to the hiring event on the morning of Tuesday, November 7th. Along with more than 30 employers who in total scheduled 50+ interviews, gave over 20 on the spot interviews, and offered 10 jobs at the event alone. Our 2017 event also featured a powerful opening presentation by Dr. Eric Fretz that motivated not only the veterans but also the employers.
