Today at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore of Greater Nashville we had the highest sales day in the history of our affiliate. This is only 2 months removed from breaking our old record high. A day like today is a testament to the hard work of our entire team. Our donation ambassadors who go out daily and bring back quality donations from the community. The warehouse team that prices and prepares donations for sale. Our sales floor team that provides such quality and knowledgeable customer service. Our cashiers who also do a wonderful job. And we can’t forget our incredible receiving team that processes drop offs and loads purchases all day long. I’m proud of our team and what we’re accomplishing here in #nashville, and how it assists Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville in our ever growing mission.

Thrilled to launch our Community Partnerships at the Holcim Building Envelope HQ! Our purpose is to Build Progress for People and Planet. We put our words into action by formalizing Community Partners and commiting a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer time per teammate per year. Partnering with local organizations ties us more closely to our local community, allows us to make a meaningful impact by funneling those hours/ resources into a couple of organizations and allows these organizations a direct connection to reach out in times of need or with special opportunities.
